From 1-10 how do you rank this system.

How much did you spend on it? I'd say a 2, and thats factoring in the desire to have a system. There is plenty of used equipment that would be better than the stuff you got.

2, you can do MUCH better.

It's alright for a 1st system. I just got my 1st system up and I was about to jump on a bunch of Lanzar stuff... then I asked here for opinions of the stuff and they talked me into different options around the same price range. So I still cannot say that I personally heard any Lanzar gear but it's good to start.

I'd still give it about a 5. Maybe higher. 1 important thing is that you did not go broke over the system. I'd look at getting good speakers as they are sometimes more important than just getting nice subs.

I'll give you 3 just for the fact that you didn't buy Pyrmaid at least. As the others have said, I would have bought other gear for around the same price, even if I had to go down to a single 12" driver.
