Whats a wide view?

Why does this forum still not have wide view?

Holy **** guys, about 10 lines of code depending on the language used.

Wide view is for computer monitors that are "wide". For example, on a 24" monitor in 1920x1080, this forum only occupies about half the screen.

This happens when a web developer isn't keen on the usage of div tags.

Its designed to fit on all screens and have the same "look". This holds true for smart phones as well. It's not wide for a good reason.

I thought up a way that we can work in wide view. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page you can select "CarAudio.com Original - Wide View" from the drop down. This will make the page display larger in higher resolutions and will drop back down if you're using a smart phone.
