Hole cut and pieces put together (baffle+ port pieces)

Mock-up time..

Little rounding on the edge..

Last port piece all together..

Baffle and all the piece attached to it attached to the base of the enclosure..

Haha, well the tape measure kinda adjusts for each side you use..but anyways, lol

And yep, using the titebond instant bond here and loving it...made things a whole lot easier
