my 1st post in awhile.. couldn't get my old login info back tho :/
anyway..I have a jl 10w1 that I'm trying to fix. the foam surround has been ripped in several places. it is broken off the exterior surround of the speaker and also ripped in a few places. it is still connected to the cone. Is there some proven method to fixing a problem like this? should I just use some super glue? thanks
from my 2 min diagram.. you might be able to see that the rips in the foam has created a few flaps, which are connected to the cone, but not to the exterior surround.
