First system. What would you change?

Thinking bout starting to buy now that I think I know what I want. Not really looking for loud rather clear and overall nice sound. Decided to go with alpine products because cant seem to find any bad reviews, but let me know what you think.

Speakers:

SPR-60 (6.5")

MRP-M500 amp

I would just say all of it, the decks not bad but you can do better. What is your budget? If your set on Alpine then ok, if not check around the classifieds for stuff in your budget. Asking questions is a good thing.

No real budget (plan to buy over time) started looking on different sites Craigslist, eBay, etc. found some good deals on the stuff, but didn't want to buy it to find out its all trash.

Not really set on alpine was just told there Type-R speakers sound good.

What would you suggest for deck? any brand reasonable price (
