88 Silver Acura Integra

12" Orion XTR sub, up for sale here, but may regret selling it as it is the first sub I ever bought and it still works perfect

I had it in some sort of 4th order enclosure or something. It fired down to the sealed part of the box and was mounted in the ported side. It was all inside like a bandpass, what is that??

It hit **** hard for what it was way back when, but it sounded like shit

In high school ~

An '87 Nissan Sentra coupe, a Kenwood KRC-3003 (dual-shaft!) cassette receiver, Pioneer 3-way 6.5"es in the doors and 2-way Pioneer ByNines fabbed into the back deck...as I recall all 4 coaxials were driven by a Roadmaster (!!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/blackeye.gif.66a1670f5aaf7f406e783a63e3387dc5.gif!!!) Boostilizer, and an early prefab Kicker box called the Super II.

Said box had a pair of forward-firing 8s and a set of down-firing 10" passive radiators. The box came with plastic legs that were meant to attach to the bottom to sit it up at an angle to give the PRs room to move. This whole affair was completed by Motorola horn tweets on either end of the front face of the box mounted vertically running along the whole of each end edge. I drove that box with a 4-channel Yamaha amp that (iirc) output 35w X 4 @ 4 or 85w X 2 mono bridged which is how I ran it.

I beat the crap out of those poor little 8s one summer jamming on "Life Is Just A Fantasy" by Aldo Nova. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rotflol.gif.b453361716769b8110ddefc85ff03cd2.gif
