Before I start building the crossover, are all of these components non-polarized?

I can't find any + or - markings on them anywhere.

Heres a shot of the crossover pre-solder.

And I have one question. It doesn't matter if I connect the -wire of the tweeter, woofer, .6mH inductor, 20 uF cap, and the - signal input at the same point right?

make sure your inductors are mounted off axis, i made the mistake of not doing that my first time so i had to redo mine

not sure if they are polarized or not, i just made all of mine identical, shouldnt make a difference that way

Okay Ill put them up on their side. Why does that matter?

And all of those things connecting at the same point is okay though right?

shouldnt be an issue, but im far from a specialist, i just finished building my first set

put one on its side and one like you have in the picture.

the inductors if mounted in the same plain and closer together can have a combining effect, and act as one instead of 2 inductors

What he means is that one should be on its side, the other flat...the idea is to minimize any potential coupling or interference between inductors...

It really isn't that hard at all. Bread boards are nice to work with. Plus there arn't that many components at all to a crossover.

Okay Ill have more pictures in a few hours and I'm going to have it all finished today as well.

Quick question though.

I have a ton of ensolite left over from car door deadening. Would it be fine to use as a substitute for Acoustic Foam?

It'll work, although having deeper foam is nice to have from an absorption standpoint.
