It's pretty **** nice. The ride quality is great, even for a car that's 15 years old, and the engine is smooth and strong. The luxury apointments are quite nice, and heated seats have really spoiled me this winter. My only gripe might be that they recommend using 91 octane or better, and with the cost of fuel going up around here as a result of the cold weather, it takes almost $35 to fill the tank now. But I do get rather good mileage from it anyway (24-25mpg).
Is there much rattling in your audi? Also have you had any major problems engine/transmission anythin along those lines? One last question, how many miles does it have currently? I'm really leaning towards an audi for my first car that's why I'm asking. thnx.
Not a lot of rattling at all -- my 98 Mustang had more rattles. The engine and transmission are both strong as ever, despite having over 175,000 miles. A lot of people have put more than a quarter million miles on their Audi 5-bangers.
In the snow, these cars are more fun than you can imagine.
