if you do the front and back 12.75*34.5 you can make that the back peace and cut the front 31' that way you don't have to worry about cutting out a whole.so cut sheet would look like this.back 34.5*12.75

front 31*12.75

top/bottom 36*24

sides 12.75*24

port 12.75*12

if you lay the bottom down, the sides will flush with the bottom on all sides. same for the top then the back and front will sandwich in-between the t/b and sides

another option is to cut the front in 2 pieces each 15.5" and put the port in the middle. this is the best way.. you need two pieces for the port same size 12.75*12. they go inside the box behind the front and sandwich between the top and bottom..

for which one? the slot port on the side or in the middle?

The back if the slot port. I cant just have it go straight back right.

the port is 12.75 in height(top to bottom) and 12 deep(front to back)

Sorry ur pm are full.Ya.nim really liking your idea better than a cardboard concrete tube to be honest. All ive ever ran was slot ports. Never built my own. My first setup was 2 haxo 15's sealed in a saturn. Never been able to duplicate the bass

the tubes work fine. i generally use the slots for bracing. i always round my edges.. matter fact i got a really cool idea on a easy way to make flared ends on slot ports.. i don't know why i didn't think of that along *** times ago..

anyways. yea it will go straight back..

Well construction is underway. And lets say she aint pretty.
