I was talking too FI CAR AUDIO through myspace a while back. Anyways, I remember asking them dudes that I wanted to put 2 15 BTL's, 1 amp for each woofer that runs stable @ .5 ohms for each dual 1 ohm btl 15. They kept on suggesting that this wasnt recommendable because I might burn the woofer or blow it and I have heard the oposite here on CA that it'll be fine:crap: or that my amp might burn and that the life span of the sub will be shorter than normal

you might blow them because you might not install everything correctly and set the amps correctly? maybe they got the hint from your grammar? not joking, just trying to help you out. it is possible to run dual 1's on your 0.5ohm stable amp. just have good electrical

you can ruin the sub if you feed it too much power and you can ruin the amp if its not meant to be run at .5 ohms, most are not. all depends
