Ok I have a system running about 1300-1400wrms.. i have a 100amp alt and a regular car battery up front..

1) What alternator should i buy.. size wise.. how many amps should it be..

2) if I wanted a backup battery what size should it be (with stock alt/with say a 200amp.. if i would need one then)

I'd put like a 200amper from MECHMAN...he builds some nice alts that put out the amperage.

and my budget would depend on... If i got an alt/how much it costed.. or if i don't need one and spent all on batteries.. i don't have a written budget.. but wouldn't like to spend outrageous amounts on things i might not need.. OH forgot to mention this is a Daily system not looking to burp and shit.. only listen with the car on..
