Factory vs Aftermarket

my factory amp went bad so i replaced it with a another amp and ran all my wires to the amp but my factory amp seemed louder why???

Gains, wrong instal, sucky amp. Alot of things could be wrong.

The factory amp could've been more powerful. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif That's my guess. Or you don't have the settings on the new amp right, I.E. gain, xovers, etc

im using a crunch amp but its a 2ch amp
