here is some buld pics for an enclosure for

a RF T212D4...built to RF's Powerfull Enclosure

specks (2.25cf3 plus sub,port,corner displacement)

and tuned at 32hz

I hate MDF dust...had a lung infection from the stuff

last spring so I don't take any chances anymore

one of the little tweeks I have been working on....

it will all make sense in the end

no 90* edges..all 45* and will be sanded perfectly smooth

the lights and a squirrel cage ******* thru a furnace filter

are plugged in up there as well as the garage door

I got a 600v lead with a 30amp circut breaker running all the saws

Where did you get that mask by the way? I think I should really invest in one of those. Dust mask and goggles just don't cut it when routing MDF. I also share your dislike of MDF dust.

this is part of my welding gear....

it is the Speedglas Adflo system...the part I am using in the pic

is called the Clear Veiw sheild...I use it as my grinding sheild

at work...it's battery operated and keeps positive preasure inside

the helmut and has a hepa filter and an add on Nosh filter for dealing

with fumes...the welding helmut hooks up in the same way

great in the summer time,it keeps your face cool
