I like the way you carpeted that one. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

Box looks great. Nice work.

Ha there are those aq's you were talking about... They have to be one of the most expensive *** paper weights though LOL...

You did a great job on that outer baffle looks real nice with the flush mount. Hell the whole box looks nice and well built. Now start doing those diy kits so I can have a few boxes to play around with.

Yea, I have two just sitting around, then the TC product and some other randomness haha.... I call them "shop tools" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

thanks everyone for the kind words.

Looks good man.

It looks like you routed out the port after assembly? If so, did you square up the rounded corners? If not they are going to restrict air flow.

Also, you can see where the screws split the MDF in pics 3 and 4. Did you pre-drill?

Nice, but all those ?'s were already answered. Yes, I used a file to ensure the port was fully open.
