Did you not rabbet the recessed endcaps?

Also on the corners where theres a seam i lightly pound them with a mallet and it helps further hide the seams.

Yea, in the pics it seemed to highlight the seams at the corners //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif...but yea, theyre pressed down a bit better now. And no, no rabbit....could do it in the future but havent found it necessary yet, probably wouldnt hurt though.
