Electrical Help!!!!!

So I just installed my new system yesterday and managed to fry my alternator and battery. I have a 06 xxx 12 running off a concept 2400a and a concept 400 watt amp powering my door speakers. It was all running off stock electrical. (I know I know) I wanted to make sure everything was working before I started to do the big 3. I only had it playing for maybe 5 minutes and it sounded extremely underpowered. I turned the car off and went to mess with the gain on the amp. When I went back to start my car it wouldn't start. Battery won't take a charge and alternator was running at 11 volts. I already got the alternator replaced under warranty and I'm about to go pick up a kinetik 1800. So my question is will the kentik under the hook and big 3 with 0 gauge be enough to avoid this happening again until I can afford a larger alternator? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yes

but you should get a optima under the hood

if im not mistaken, kinitek is more for car audio

itll work though, i jus suggest optima

but dependin on how many amps ur alt is, it should hold up for a good minute

get a bigger one asap though

either 110 or 130. I'm ordering a 180 tomorrow. I just found another piece to the puzzle so if someone could please explain this to me... So the dealership lied to me and the battery is holding a charge. I decided to hook the door speakers back up to the stock battery since they weren't a problem. I hooked the terminal back up for the door speakers and went to start my car. click... Wouldn't start again. Took the terminal back out and started right up. What do you make of this? Bad grounds? I'm putting in the kinetik tomorrow.

When I hooked the amp up to the battery the car wouldn't start. Then when I disconnected the terminal again it would start.
