Electrical for zx2500.1

Ok, i just got a BNIB zx2500.1 for a **** good price. My question is this. I have a red top batt up front anda yellow top in the back, did big 3, and a stock alt. Will this be enough for this amp, if not, what else do i need to doto get up to par for this amp??/

so where's these sundowns...if you get a volt meter and test your system you can find out if you need a h/o or another battery. if you dip below 12.0 then you need another battery if not your good to go. dont fry

Cj thanks for the advice, i only have one sundown now, im trying a new setup

If i drop below 12v, will a 3rd batt do it, or do i need a bigger batt

why not just pick up a h/o alt...would make future ventures much easier.

powerbastards.com got some cheap ones...and they got a 1 year no questions asked warranty

Get a HO alt and you'll be fine with what you have. I've got a 300amp & the factory 140 with 2 big YT. With the lights on, system on blast, I don't drop below 14.
