dual amp hook up

i have a 1 frad capacitor hooked up to a 300 watt pioner amp and a 200 watt alpine with to diffrent 12 subs a orion xtr and a rockwood i want to no why it dosent sound as loud as when i had it all on the pioneer amp

Because the pioneer is 300w and the alpine is 200w?

pioneer amp is now running at a higher ohm load mostl likely, so right now you aren't really pulling any poewr from it. Also mixing sub types is usually not a good idea. Occasionally can cause cancellation, which could be your problem, but most likely not. Those 2 subs are extremelly different, so i would recomend getting another of the same so you have a pair of the same subs.
