You have waaaaaaaaaaay too many things in the signal line. Do not get signal from your factory amp. Thats the root of all your bad sound issues is from that. Very sure. You ALWAYS bypass factory amps. They are noise and distortion machines
Glad i learned something from reading here. Thats what i posted above ive always heard to take from before the amp. Now my question is if my headunit clips at 26 out of 38 should i have the person who installs it tune it full power at volume 26 or can he go to 33? Volume 26 right now sounds low but from what i read on this factory headunit it clips after 26

best to actually check with an oscope.

 
In some vehicles you must take your signal after the factory amplifier. How are you going to send a GM 'MOST over copper' digital signal into a processor? This is why a proper OEM integration processor must, at the bare minimum, have an input EQ. MS-8 went the whole nine yards by being capable of compensating for time delays. If your processor can't compensate for factory time delays it will introduce peaks and nulls that you basically are stuck with that will cause issues at low frequencies in particular.
