DSP/Factory OEM Integration

But I can add the Twk 88 or D8 to the Fix86 right? Which one would be better the 88 or D8

And if i decide to get the Fix82 I will only wire my sub amp to it and then wire my component amp to the Twk88 or D8 is that right?

The FiX will run straight into the TwK. Everything will be ran off the TwK. It controls every channel.

don't want to sneek into the convo but...was wondering, why not just going for a DSP with high-level inputs and 8 RCA output like helix, miniDSP etc. ?

if i'm getting this right, you would hook up the speaker level of your HU to the FIX and then the FIX into the TWK ?

I'm asking this cause i plan to do pretty much the same thing as the OP...i've been advised by many of you to just hook up a good DSP to my factory HU, one with high-level inputs. So i'm trying to understand why one would add hardware to the setup when just a single DSP would do the job...

But I wanna know is the FiX82 like a audio control Lc2i where I can only add subs?
The 82 only has 2 outputs. Full range. They can either go to a mono amp or full range.

You will need the 86 to run 6 channels of amplification. Mono and full range.

The 82 is designed to run the TwK after it only.

Ok so that clears it up. So if I wanted to go with say FiX82 I would have to run my subs off it and then use the Twk and run my components off that to get the proper tune.

If I don't wanna tune it and run everything off the FiX86 I can do that but say I dont like the sound can I still just have my subs wired to the Fix86 and then have my components on the TwK?

And I would like to add that I'm not running my components active and will be using that crossover. So would the TwK still be beneficial to me?
If you had the TWK you would run subs off it also. But the way I'm seeing this you have way more research to do before you jump into the TwK. You have to understand a lot of stuff to use it.

Yes it will be fine with passive crossovers. But not ideal.
