The building was all brick, it shook EVERYTHING. They "claimed" people 3 floors up could feel it, but i wanted proof, but they wouldnt let me crank it and go up

With my old setup you could tell 3 floors up.... That was without a subwoofer.

Needless to say I got multiple complaints that day.

While I actually never got written up for my dorm install, someone from 2 floors down and the other end of the building came to my room one day and nicely asked if I could turn it down. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Nothing extravagent or pricey, but it was pretty d*mn loud while maintaing pretty good SQ. I think the whole setup only cost me about $500.

Seeing all these MTM setups really makes me want to build a nice new set of HT speakers though.
