Door Speaker installation tips

I have DLS Iridium 8.3 in order right now. The 8 inch woofer will be going to the stock door speaker location. I've done this before but I was just wondering if there was a proper way to drill the new holes, and if I have to use special screws to screw the speaker onto the doors sheetmetal. I want a really good install so please any tips are welcomed! THanks!

What car are they going in? You probubly wont beable to fit 8" woofers in stock speaker locations.

You need those washers that clip onto the sheet metal and the screw catches it kinda like a nut but you don't need to hold it from the other side.

Thats exactly what I'm talking about, if your bolting the speaker right onto the sheet metal of the door.
