Dont seem to be getting enough, "boom"

You definitely need to build a new box if going ported, you don't have the right air space to even use external ports. 3.66ft^3 before subs/bracing...you're probably at ~3.4ft^3 as it sits right now.
So your saying if I go ported id have to make it bigger than that?

As for the watts, I think I understand now. I'm gnna go ahead and get a 1ohm stable amp. And be on my way

Yes, you'll need 4-4.5ft^3 after sub/port/bracing displacements, so you're looking at ~5.5ft^3 using a standard slot port design.

almost touching, but if face the speakers vertically itd be perfect, I want a design were the speakers are facing upward and the port is facing the tailgate. Unless you have a better idea

If you're almost touching the tail gate, then you don't have room for the port to fire towards the rear. If you go with a 15" depth you should be ok. PM me if you're interested in getting something done.
