No idea how big the oem fuse is, I haven't check, but I guess it doesn't matter at this point because I decided to go with using new 12v lines for both amps.

Signal flow should be HU to DSP to amps. You would lose the ability to EQ and time align the sub with the DSP unit if you bypassed the DSP.
