4 ohm Extremis + css 4.5 right now with the tweeter undecided. Using old koda tweeters, probably going to seas excel t25-001's though.

You're probably tired of being asked, but is there ANY timeline you'd be able to provide on when those would be out. I'm not looking for a specific date, just about how long i'd be waiting...I was wondering if I should look elsewhere if it's too long.

ive got a viper 550.6 (1\2 = 150w@4, 3\4 = 150w@4, 5 = 38w@8, 6 = 38w@8) running my image dynamics CD2 HLCD's. they got loud as hell. and whatever mids i decide to plop of 1\2 and 3\4 to supply the midbass.
rear deck holds my crossfire CFX3.24, and my crossfire CFQ31M's for EQ and crossover duty (all 1\3 octave)

i was going to be matching the horns with the adire koda 8's. but they dont fu*king fit. after all that work and them being gay. im pretty peev'd. so im actually looking for some high-output mids that are not XXX's. i was looking at the seas L18RNX and the AVIsound LXD-160. i was also thinking adire extremisis, but im not sure. id like them to be able to take 150w@4 if possible, they need to be 6.5" (or about that size) because 8's wont fit.

honestly, me too.

take a look round the DIY circle, there are lots of comments on them. im looking into seas L18RNX or avisound LXD-160...

The 4 ohm extremis should do all you need and more.

I've got 150x2 on them - they don't seem to care much about the power.

I don't release dates... If it were me, I'd never even post information until they were sitting in a warehouse ready to ship out.

Not anytime in the next few months is all I'll say, and no - I won't get more specific. If you need tunes now, I'd look elsewhere.

That's fine and dandy enough for me. Didn't want any specific dates, I'm looking long-term anyways. The generality given was exactly what I was looking for, I'm in no rush. Thanks.

not completly DIY, but I am going to be adding some Seas L18RNX midbass's to my Diamond Audio Hex 5.25 comps.

I will be running a PPI PC2150 and PPI PC2100 (yet to determine which will be on which) and crossing all of them with a PPI FRX-456 and adding a PPI DEQ230 for total control. Should sound nice.
