Ok, i dunno wtf happened but i was running this setup off of a old alpine amp from the early 90s that puts out 2x80w. it worked well untill i was driving to go workout and all the sudden they just started making this horrible fu**ing noise like ver very loud staticy stuff. well i got home and took the amp out and left the fronts off for about a week. when i started messing with them again i put on an old 4 channel jensen up to the bostons and they sounded like shit, i dunno if it was the amp or what. well i messed with the alpine amp and the stereo mode is the only mode it would make that noise but when i switched it to L+R(i dunno the diff between the two) it worked fine but the boston still sounded shitty and i listened closer and one of my tweets wont even let sound come out of it now. so i dont know if i should get a new tweeter and a new amp or just buy all new shit. im only 16 and dont have a job so i look for very good deals, i got these a few month after they came out for about 100$ when they were selling new for close to 300 i think. anyway, id appreciate the help
