That is the worst way to lose weight. Of those 22 pounds, half was muscle as well.
6 Meals a day is ideal.

I like setting it to around 14 and walk fast. I have a hard time jogging because of my ankles.

3 solid, 1-2 snacks, 1-2 shakes.

Still doesn't seem like a good idea. Especially if someone continues that rate, or even half it, past 2-3 months. They will have lots of extra skin.
he's saying it's not bad because at 288 his body will adjust to working out very nicely but after a while it will level out....

no, it would be impossible to continue at that rate. But the first 2 weeks after startng a serious plan will cause you to lose alot of water weight. Up to 15 pounds or so. then you will gradually get down to 2-3 pounds a week. Keep in mind, I'm talking about someone at 288(and at 5'11", has 88 pounds to lose), not someone at 180.

dude it sucks doesn't it? The part that I kick myself over and over about is I was fat my entire highschool career and I started losing weight the last couple months being a senior. Whenever I finally did get down to 188 pounds it was the greatest feeling ever and I was in the best shape of my life. Gave me so much confidence and I picked up some pretty hot girls.
