diet

I did. I ate healthy, read the labels to see what was better than others, and i also drank diet green tea. Seriously, I lost about 25 lbs in less than 3 months. But I was on the toilet 5 or 6 times a day, squirtin like a goose. That was very uncomfortable for me.

SO......I have always been fat, and I will always BE fat. Perfect blood pressure, perfect blood/sugar, perfect cholesterol.

Why change whats good now? I heal faster than normal, sleep less than normal, and have a lot of energy for a fat person. Maybe there's some higher reason I am so **** big.

Screw that. Lose weight. Its worth it. I felt good even after just 25 lbs. I will start it again soon. I ate lean chicken and turkey breast sandwiches (less than 3 grams of fat for BOTH sandwiches), and ate more salads, and drank water and diet teas. I think, more so than anything, stay active and watch what you eat. Exercise and work outs help alot too.

 
I started dieting January 1, 2007 (coincidence, not New Year's Resolution), and I've gone from 255 to 192 so far.

It's all about using your common sense. Eating a balanced diet in proportion is the best diet plan. All the gimmick, special dieting crap is for people who have no self control and money to waste.

I would look anorexic at 195

 
i weigh 288 and i mean im not gonna make excuses i am overweight but i know alot of it is muscle mass like my legs my arms every excpet stomach and neck is pretty much muscle but i shouldn't weight that much and it's getting ridiculous i think my big problem is i eat when i want not when hungry and i drink alot of cokes and stuff

I agree 100%. I tried the pills 6 or 7 years ago, too much energy for me to handle, I was practically like a 5 yr old on a sugar high. Watch the labels, and eat right, and it will pay off....turn down the fast foods...even tho they are fast and simple (unless its the salads from wendys and mcdonalds, those a pretty good)

I'm still workin at it too. Trying to get my bf% to around 15%. Right now, it's probably in the middle to upper 20% area. I still have a long way to go.

Cut the soda out of your diet right fucking now. It's nothing but sugar. If you must drink soda period, drink the Coke Zero. It tastes great and zero calories. I wish this stuff was around 5 or 10 years ago.
