I did. I ate healthy, read the labels to see what was better than others, and i also drank diet green tea. Seriously, I lost about 25 lbs in less than 3 months. But I was on the toilet 5 or 6 times a day, squirtin like a goose. That was very uncomfortable for me.
SO......I have always been fat, and I will always BE fat. Perfect blood pressure, perfect blood/sugar, perfect cholesterol.
Why change whats good now? I heal faster than normal, sleep less than normal, and have a lot of energy for a fat person. Maybe there's some higher reason I am so **** big.
Screw that. Lose weight. Its worth it. I felt good even after just 25 lbs. I will start it again soon. I ate lean chicken and turkey breast sandwiches (less than 3 grams of fat for BOTH sandwiches), and ate more salads, and drank water and diet teas. I think, more so than anything, stay active and watch what you eat. Exercise and work outs help alot too.
