In my experiences yes.

he shouldn't be very sore if he properly warms up/stretches. I wasn't very sore at all the next day after I first started jogging again.

dude it sucks doesn't it? The part that I kick myself over and over about is I was fat my entire highschool career and I started losing weight the last couple months being a senior. Whenever I finally did get down to 188 pounds it was the greatest feeling ever and I was in the best shape of my life. Gave me so much confidence and I picked up some pretty hot girls. Course the girl I'm talking to now is pretty hott if I do say so myself //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

it shouldn't be THAT bad if he doesn't lift till failure or anything. Stretching before and after with a proper warmup goes a long way.

I know, I've been reading lately because these girls I've been talking to have been making me self conscious for some reason. It's kind of like, yay for them talking to me but still WHY are they talking to me. Hell, I don't look near as good as I used to it just confuses the sh1t out of me.

I would like to drop down to around 215 though. I just dont see that one being possible anymore though. Lol

I'd love to be 215.............I'm 239 right now(was 245 before I started jogging so a little difference, lol).

Dieting is mad easy. Eat 5-6 times a day or every 2-3 hours. Small, healthy meals. And exercise 3-5 times weekly. Guaranteed you will lose 50+ pounds if you stay on it for 6 or more months.

BTW, my step-dad who was 305 pounds, did just what I said, ate real healthy, only drank water, and excercised about 3 times a week. He's lost over 60 pounds now.
