there really isn't a "best" exercise. I read bodybuilding.com/forums a lot and it's givin me a lot of knowledge. The sad part is I didn't know about the forum until AFTER I stopped lifting, I could have probably had much better gains.what kind of exercise is best???/
winnar!!!If I was you, I wouldn't start out doing isolation workouts, I would probably do a full body workout to get you for the feel of things and let your body adjust to working out. Then I would start isolating muscle groups.
Doesn't really matter as long as you are burning calories and getting your heart rate up. I mostly use equipment at the gym and prefer the bike. Sometimes it makes my *** hurt (insert witty gay buttsex joke) and I do the Elliptical or Stairmaster instead. I don't know how you perceive the Stairmaster (most of my friends think it's gay), but it gets me sweating and my heart rate up faster than anything else.what kind of exercise is best???/
Man you probably won't notice anything until 4 weeks honestly and even then it's not a whole lot. You will probably FEEL a lot better but you won't really SEE much. It takes 2-3 months to see some serious changes.ahhhok

depends on you. 15 pounds first 2 weeks(mostly water weight) then 8 next 2.ahhhok

At 288, if you stick to your diet, I bet you could lose 5 pounds easy in a week to week and a half. You shouldn't expect that kind of progress the whole time though.ahhhok
