I take it back, a couple quick online calculators tell me I'm more in the 19-22% range. I don't carry the weight real well though.

Trust me, the diet can't be ANY worse then the guy I used to train with. He eats like 3 things and that's it....he's so huge too.

As long as it's not something like his diet I'm ok with it and believe me, I used to do his workouts so I think I can hang(if my elbow holds up ::crosses fingers: )
