like running and swimming and stuff like that
do something like working out 3 times a week at the gym( find some full body workout plan) and then the days you have off do a light jog. Remember, it is very important to stretch BEFORE AND AFTER your workout routine. This will save you a lot of soreness and will prevent injury, it really does work.

If you want a running plan I have a jogging plan you can follow, it's what I've been using, I'm about to start week 5.

i mean i've been to gym before i've worked our i've exercised but not for a long period of time
Just helping ya out man, I worked out for a year and a half(that's not a long period either but I do know somewhat of what I'm talking about).

Oh, just doing cardio, yeah, he'll probably be fine. I assumed he wanted to lift weights too.

i have..only eat about 800-1000 calories a day..work out everyday..went from 180 to 158 in 2 months..about 2 meals a day..
That is the worst way to lose weight. Of those 22 pounds, half was muscle as well.

6 Meals a day is ideal.

 
yes.......if you jog on a treadmill though set the incline to 1.00 because if you don't it's not as effective. Setting it at 1.00 is the same as running on pavement.
I like setting it to around 14 and walk fast. I have a hard time jogging because of my ankles.

That's stupid. The proper way to lose weight is to actually eat. And losing 22lbs in 2 months is dumb as hell.
