Learn to swim
do something like working out 3 times a week at the gym( find some full body workout plan) and then the days you have off do a light jog. Remember, it is very important to stretch BEFORE AND AFTER your workout routine. This will save you a lot of soreness and will prevent injury, it really does work.like running and swimming and stuff like that
If you want a running plan I have a jogging plan you can follow, it's what I've been using, I'm about to start week 5.
