Location in the vehicle: Trunk

Space available (Width x Length x Height): Max Space ( 40" x 42" x 18") Recommend (16" x 38" x 16")

Subwoofer make and model: Kicker L5 02S12L5 Dual Voice Coil 4 ohm

Subwoofer Size: 12

Number of Subwoofers: 2

Type of Port (Kerfed, Slot, Aero, etc.): Slot

What type of music do you like?: Hip Hop, Rock, Dubstep, Rap

Is your goal SPL or Everyday Music?: Mixture of Both?

Tuning Freq (Hz): 32hz

Volume : whatever is recommended

Comments: Recently bought these from a friend he didn't have manual so if someone could post a link to a manual that would be greatly appreciated. Would love a cut out sheet as well.

2.8 cubes for the cone area of a pair of round 15's? Good luck, OP. IMO that's not an adequate box for one of those woofers.

15" round sub = appx 150 square inches.... 12" square sub = 144 square inches.

I just modeled the 12" L7 and they want 4-5 cube EACH to sound decent. I can't imagine L5 works well in a quarter of that space.

Oh ok you lost me there for a second. So 2 cubes for each sub would be more accurate correct?

4 per sub more likely, but suit yourself. I've only built for 2001 Camry but I can tell you that trunk barely had room to do one 15" round sub properly.
