You'll generally want to tune lower for HT setups ... or, if you're going sealed, use a lower Q enclosure ...

i have the 1000 watt one...it's teh beast

Sure...lower the Qtc if you want to increase efficiency and boost the low-end response. You don't have cabin gain in a house like you do in a car, so the lower alignment is useful for getting a strong bottom end out of the moofers.
