DD Box Help

I will be acquiring a 3510e from another member and i need help designing a box. I have over 3.5 cubes of space available. I need to know the size of the port in square inches. This will be my first attempt at a ported box, so all the help i can get will be greatly appreciated. Does the shape of the box effect the shape of the port? Does the box need a double baffle? sorry i sound like a noob, im just looking for some professional help. thanks

Yes the shape of the box will affect the port, check out the free box designs sticky for some ideas on how to design the box.

Double baffle is up to you, it never hurts but if you have proper bracing it's not nessary.
