How'd you make those channels for the port peices?

i use my router with a 3/4" slot cut bit, use a piece of wood for a guide and set the depth for 1/4" (add 1/2" to the height of the port pieces). Then i use a 3/8" roundover on the port piece so it fits nice and snug in the slot.

slow going on this build because the i had to wait on a picture from the owner on what he wanted on the front. Should be done Tuesday....i'm working 12 hour shifts now
