2 Door Yukon Build....6 15's Sealed..***PICS***

Ok so i sold my Accord and bought a 93' GMC Yukon. Its in great condition and ready for some sound. Just picked up a few things to get started.

Deck---Pioneer UB5000

Subs--- 6 15" MD Sideinder subs. Sealed subs up.

Box---Almost 13 cf net sealed. 3/4 MDF....Box was just built 2 days ago.

Sub Amps---3 Crunch GP1600.1's. 1 amp per set of subs at 1ohm.

Front Stage---???????

FS Amp---Crunch P900.4

Wires---LOTS of Knu 0 and 4 Awg.

And much more..

Im going to have the big 3 done, A die hard suv battery under the hood and 2 yellow tops in the back...

Anyways thats whats going on so far and what i have so far i will be getting stated on the install within the next week just waiting for better weather...

I have the same truck. check out my thread( denali custom dash bezel)I have the Denali front clip on it, andam slowly installing the 99 Denali interior and removing my stockinterior. I have slowly been building the system as well. I have a 12 inch monitor in the dash and an Expedition console with a custom mount for my Eclipse DD. I have 6.5 diamond audio compnents in the stock door location. I am planning to make some custom kick panels for a second set of 6.5's. For the subs I have 2 kicker 10" cvx's I am building a box for them now.

What are the dimensions of your box? How many watts total to the sub setup?

Well the book on them says 300 rms, 1000 peak and 2000 for burbs

The box is 48" 33" 17"...As for total watts im not really sure...

48 wide **** that is gonna sit in the rear just fine. when i measured to make my box it was somewhere between 48-49 inches across so the sheet of mdf doesnt even have to be cut...lolmy box is gonna be tiny- compared to yours lol. But I am planning to throw 700 watts to each sub

Yea i already did a test fit and it sits in just right . Takes up the whole back end. I left a little room between the box and back of the seat for my amps but im not sure yet where im putting my batterys...Im running 3 GP1600.1 amps to the subs and the amps have been bench tested at around 1300 watts rms each...

u know what i think of the sidewinders and MD ... still sucky subs, replace their softparts when they start to sag bro.

Ive heard good and bad things about them but for what i paid for them i think ill be happy...for now at least untill i get my hdc3's
