Dante's 7 cu.ft. SQL Enclosure! [ Worklog ] [PICS]

Try using some bendi wood for the corners, and put expanding foam in behind it to help the wood from not moving.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

You can use pvc sized to fit the corners with room behind them. THen fill in the void with milkshake bondo/resin mix . Viola, perfectly smooth rounded corners everytime //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I just like to use xpanding foam its easier and i just silicone the edge and slide my finger down the seam to make it smooth than cover it up with ??? lol //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif but thatll work too lol time is essential //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Yeah I would throw a piece of threaded rod across there, its cheap and easy, just make sure you dont put it in the way of were the sub is gonna go! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
honestly, i looked all over home depot for this stupid rod before and couldnt find it. How does it exactly look? and is there any specific one i need to get?

Most of it is ply with relief cuts in it so it bends easier //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
actually its almost like 1/4" thick paneling that can bend without breaking works great.

What do you mean by width ? As long as it contacts both panels your trying to connect with enough surface area to attach it. Make it as wide or narrow as you want //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

people said 1-1.25 inches away from the corner. does that sound right??

Yeah, that would get you enough room to attach it. Just trying to tie the two sides together for strength //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
