You can use pvc sized to fit the corners with room behind them. THen fill in the void with milkshake bondo/resin mix . Viola, perfectly smooth rounded corners everytime //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

actually its almost like 1/4" thick paneling that can bend without breaking works great.

its in the where the screws are in home depot its a big rod that has threads like a bolt would have.
