Cvxs vs Type rs

i have 2 12 inch cvxs...............and i can get 2 12 inch Type rs.......

Which would be louder on 2krms in a 4.5 cf ported box tuned to 35hz

thanks for all help.......and no this is not one of those threads where someone is wanting to know how many dbs there hitting......i just wanna kno which one will be louder to the ear

type r probably will be a bit louder

I want sql but......if the r's sound like complete crap and are just a little bit louder than cvxs...

im guessing not........i have where people had them on 2.5krms and they were fine.....

and im gonna have the gain down

If it was up to me I'd run the CVX's. The CVX we tested in the Great 12 Challenge was my favorite driver
