Cutting A-Pillars for Tweeters

I'm going to give it a go and cut my A-Pillars to place my Hybrid Audio L1 tweeters...Any advice on cutting? How about holding the tweets in place? Guerilla Glue (they are flat-backed)?

Also, any adivce on how to make sure they are placed identically even in both pillars?

I have found the best method of cutting for me is a dremel at medium speed so the plastic doesnt heat up and reatach after cutting. Go slow for a nice clean cut. I cant comment on glues as all the tweeters I have ever installed came with mounting hardware. Make sure you cut first on the inside of the line you draw, then test fit and cut, test fit and cut until you get a nice snug fit. Good luck.

as for even placement.. Measuring is a cool new thing..

use some masking tape.....

hell one set of 90db tweets with around 100 watts is usually enough for me, esp with them that high in the dash

i see you got the subs to back it up... what you running for mids?

All alpine type R's, active. 150 watts each speaker.

6 tweets and 6 mids... I used a paddle bit to start the holes and finished them with a dremel.
