hahaha...nice project man, looks awesome. that foam is great stuff too, i sealed up the whole sidewalls of my jeep with it. how are those ava's?

Hmm it doesnt seem that the trunk will close with all that foam there. Or maybe your trunk rails dont go down as far as most. But anyways looks good and cant wait for more updates (mr. im-comming-back-on-extremeodd's-birthday) heh

first of all, the twins...these 2 can cause some serious vibrations from time to time...enough for it to start an AVALANCHE now and then...

not really...only the top layer is still wet, and it only takes about an hour to fully cure...

Mr. Hicks is right. While the outside ( top layers) dry ,the foam underneath takes quite a bit longer to cure . It's like concrete , the thicker it is the longer it takes to fully cure. MINI UPDATE!

ok, so in my planning i forgot one very important thing...the trunk latch swings...

due to the fact that my WHOLE trunk will be convered in fiberglass...there needs to be two small holes so the trunk can swing open and close without trouble...so this is what i spent all day making...
