Not always, I have seen the 6 spoke version of those modified by a company to have cooling channels identical to those in the normal 12 spoke basket.

it helps keep the top of the coil cool because there isnt venting under the spider on those baskets...

The Cms is currently 99 uM/N and will settle closer to 140 uM/N (about 40% looser)
