crossover

Hey, ive never hooked up component speakers before so have a noob question. My amp has its own crossover network seperating lows mids n highs so i was wondering do i need to use the crossover supplied with the speakers? im just a little confused with all this. amp is a audio art 260.6 http://ampguts.realmofexcursion.com/Audio_Art_260.6XE/
