crossover repair?

I got a Lanzer Encore X10 10-channel Active Crossover Network off craigslist. We tested it at the guys shop and all the channels work except for the front left mids output. We got no sound out of that channel.

Anyway way to go about fixing this? I know some of you guys are knowledgeable about this subject.

I sent lanzar an email.

Would they do it though even though I got it second hand? Its like 5-6 years out of warranty.
