Crossover Point for Fronts to Sub

Best SQ is my goal. My choices are 63hz or 80hz using my Alpine CDA9813 HU. I tried 100hz and I could hear music from my sub, so that is out. I can't tell much of a difference with 63 vs. 80 though so far. I'm using maximum slope for both front and low(sub).

Sounds like 80hz is most popular. Is there any benefit in going down to 63hz? What should I be trying to hear when I go from 80 to 63?

Sub is 12W6v2, fronts are MB Quart QSC216 6.5" (can handle down to 35hz manual says).

Are you bandpassing the mids or just highpassing? Either situation what are they crossed at?
