Crossover as an LOC?

I was just looking at a 2 way crossover that has speaker level inputs and was wondering if that means its a sort of line out converter? I'm doing a factory integration and was going to buy a LOC and a bass controller like the maxxsonics mx3 but thought something like this could be used instead of separate pieces.

A passive crossover has speaker level inputs and outputs. An active crossover with speaker inputs would serve as a LOC.

It may if the outputs are RCA, but more than likely they are speaker level outs, correct?

It actually has speaker level inputs and RCA outputs so I guess it could be used as an LOC. The one I came across is Audio Savings | PLANET AUDIO EC10B 2-WAY ELECTRONIC CROSSOVER+REMOTE
