Crimping together a wiring harness and wiring harness adapter questions?

Its fine. If you have to cut them cut as close to the connector as you can. Also try to crimp them the opposite way that you did to begin with. You may be able to get the wire out without cutting.
Alright cool, like i said ill try to uncrimp. Thanks to both of you for all the help.

 
I suppose it could still work. There may be extra wires for other vehicles. I guess it wouldn't hurt to try it. Just figure out what goes where. (I would just get the right one though, I'm not a huge fan of scoshe)

I guess its worth a try though. I'm not a fan of scoshe either, but like i said it came free with the stereo i bought. I'll test it out before i replace it.
