Crash Diet Plans

diet is most important..
No, it's not

The most important thing is to try hard. Working out is painful, embrace it. I see too many people defer to diet plans and supplements, then think their all good. Compare them to the people you see busting their *** and you'll see something there...

Not trying to preach, but I see this **** every day. I can't believe how many people think they can drink a magic powder or stick to some diet and they'll change. It takes work. Simple as that

I started working out and eating healthier in September of 2009. Since, I have lost approximately 50 pounds and have been able to keep it off. I eat about a gram of protein for every pound I weigh on days I work out. I take in a little less on days I don't work out. I also do 120 push ups a day, 100 sit ups, 100 crunches, 80 shrugs (100 lbs), and 30 curls (50 lbs per side) daily, regardless of whether or not I hit up the gym. I eat roughly 2000 to 2500 calories a day. I don't do any cardio because of my asthma. I do a lot of long distance biking in the summer, but it's been too f*cking cold lately for that. I still drink diet pop and sugar free or low carb energy drinks. I also drink plenty of water every day. One word of caution, if you start taking more protein than your body needs, your kidneys are going to have to work harder to expunge the extra protein from your body. You'll have to take a leak all the time. I did this for a while and then I cut back on the protein a little and everything balanced out.

I'm just about done using HCG Platinum. I was a tad under 285lbs. Now I'm exactly 253.2lbs. People say it is fake and doesn't work but I've lost almost 33lbs since Jan.14. Yes, you have to diet, 500 calories to be exact. People say on 500 cals, you're gonna lose weight any ways AKA ketosis. I believe that is true too but the HCG definitely DOES work. I mean, how can I eat like 5k calories in 1 day and still lose 5 lbs? Doesn't make sense. I've gotten 7 people to try it because they've seen me shed all the pounds! Research it bro. It's definitely worth a shot. Just google HCGplatinum.

What I did 2 months ago was cut out soda cut out sweets, eat right and eat proper portions. I am 5' 10" weighed 190. I joined golds I work out 5 times a week for 1.5 hrs doing weights , then do cardio for a hour. I've dropped 13 lbs now weighing 177. Loosing all my fat gut and getting much stronger with definition. It's all about determination and motivation. If u want sweets get special k bars taste good and not bad for you. I also take supplements which helps. Can get expensive but if you wanna transform your body u gotta do it.

I imagine you we're in some kind of work out shape to begin with. Not many ppl just starting out can do all of that./ Just sayin

I was in okay shape to begin with. I'm about 5'7" and I weighed 195 pounds. That was pretty hefty for me. The only time I was bigger than that was when I was a freshman/sophomore in high school, about 8 or 9 years ago. Throughout high school I lost the weight and I was able to keep it off until I came home from being away from school. I was on a regular workout routine from sophomore year of high school until the end of my sophomore year of college. I spent two years eating and not really giving a f*ck about my body (drinking, smoking, all the fun stuff). I decided I had enough of all that and wanted to get back into shape. That's when I joined back up at the gym and started a pretty decent workout routine. I've been consistent with it since and I'm down to 145 ish now with pretty decent muscle tone and definition. I do agree with whoever said it takes motivation and dedication to be successful. You're not going to see results right away, but keep working at it, you'll get to where you want to be eventually.

you are way off. You can go bust your *** in the gym and gain weight, get fatter, get unhealthier. Diet is everything. Try eating fast food all day everyday and go to the gym and see how it works out for ya. You can diet and not work out and lose weight, lose fat. your talking to someone that went to graduate school for this. i can educate you all day. your wrong. Diet is better then the gym, however the 2 combined is what produces the results. but if i had to pick one over the toher it would be a healthy diet everytime

I dont advise people to use this. 500 calaroies is not the safest way to go. The lowest I will tell anyone to go is 1200 cals. They talked about the hcg on dr oz to day and talked to people that did your diet that had headaches, pass out, etc.. there were mixed reviews. i can promise yout here are no mixed reviews for 1200/cal a day. Some people ya its going to work but its not the safest and i dont advie it

This. Cut down sweets. eat more fruits vegtables. and really the best way to get supplements is protein/creatine and its fairly inexpensive. i also take a pre workout with anhydrous caffeine for a stimulant because it takes me a bit to get going but I can mae it a month on about 55$ in supplements

Diet and exercise are equally important. If you want to get strong and put on muscle fast I recommend this workout plan. AST Sports Science - High-Performance Sports Nutrition Supplements
If you really want something to get you on the right track mind and body read bill phillips book bosy for life. IMO best book available. alot of it is mental and getting over the humps and bad habits keeping you out of the gym and the book really works. has alot of research in it and tells you what to eat, how to work out, and why to do each thing and the effect it has on your body. Everyones body is different and each person are going to have things that work for them and not others so people telling you take this or take that is not the right method to use. You have to find out for yourself but it alls tarts with the right diet for your body type and goals
