Could someone make an electric vehicle that never has to plug into an outlet?

Not going to waste time reading a pointless thread. If vehicles could run forever using alternators and batteries, why were gas motors ever created? It won't work because energy loss due to friction and heat.

You could convert a small r/c car motor to run off hho gas and have that strictly spinning a h/o alt. That way your using water and not a petroleum fuel.

what about an atomic battery, a battery that runs on the radioactive decay of isotopes? some satellites and pacemakers that can last for 20 years. If we found a material that had a higher decay and could produce more energy over a shorter time like a year, or half a year, you wouldnt need to refill as often. Needing a source to last forever is not necessary cause who uses the same car forever.

It's a zero emission car. If you were THAT worried about saving gas, it shouldn't matter what it looked like
